Main responsibilities include; building relationships with clients, answering phones, answering online customer inquiries, following up with customers, assisting Sales Consultants or Service Advisors, & more!

• Reach out to and follow up with prospective customers
• Generate appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting (no cold calling), sending emails and text messages through our top of the line CRM software.
• Connect new customers with appropriate vehicle or options
• Work with customers in a professional, well-spoken manner
• Direct customers to product information resources, including those available online
• Log all activity in a CRM
• Meet and exceed goals each month and quarter

• At least one previous role based on strong customer service experience
• Team player attitude
• Prompt and courteous
