We’re thrilled to announce the grand opening of Genesis of Smithtown, the newest member of the Competition Automotive Group! This is the first time that the Genesis brand will be in Smithtown. Located at our old INFINITI dealership location, we can’t wait to welcome you with open arms to our newest dealership and show you what we’re all about. With talented Genesis-Certified Technicians and the same dedicated staff from Competition INFINITI, discover the newest in automotive innovation with us today! Our Sales, Service and Parts Departments are open Monday-Friday, 9am-7pm, and Saturdays from 9am-6pm, and are receptive and ready to assist you with our expertise. All departments are closed on Sundays.

Genesis Launch Event Cocktail Party!
To celebrate the launch of our newest dealership, Genesis of Smithtown, we held the most amazing Cocktail Launch party this September! It was so incredible to see our friends, family, and members of the community, all in our beautiful new dealership. We can’t wait to keep making so many more memories at Genesis of Smithtown!

Competition Auto Group Company Picnic!

Competition Auto Group took a break from business to enjoy our annual company picnic, organized generously by the Buzzetta Family and held locally at the Smithtown Historical Society. Our dealerships, Mercedes-Benz of Huntington, Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown, Competition BMW, Competition Subaru and newly-and-warmly-welcomed Genesis of Smithtown, embraced camaraderie as well as relaxation with face painting, caricature drawings, delicious food and free ice cream while sharing laughter and making unforgettable memories together. Thank you endlessly to the Buzzetta Family for their ongoing generosity and congratulations Competition BMW for winning the Tug of War this year!

Summer Sales Event!
Mercedes-Benz of Huntington cranked up Long Island’s summer heat with our Summer Sales Event on July 29th! With scrumptious pastries and light refreshments, we cannot thank everyone enough for such a successful event! We are sincerely looking forward to our next event together!
 

Heat Wave Ice Cream Truck Surprise!
MBH was in for a sweet surprise during the heat wave this past summer! Thank you to the Buzzetta family for cooling us down with such a delicious little treat for an afternoon pick me up!
 

Summer BBQ!
As the summer wraps up we can’t help but to reminisce on the wonderful summer kick off BBQ that Mercedes-Benz of Huntington held! It was wonderful to show our new staff the vibes of the dealership, as well as get everyone together for some amazing food cooked up by our usual management grill master suspects! Subaru Loves Learning Drop Off!

Competition Subaru is thrilled to announce our 3rd year of donating and dropping off school supplies to Anthony Alfano Elementary School, a local Central Islip elementary school, as a part of August’s Subaru Loves Learning Month! Thank you endlessly to everyone who has helped humbly contribute new school supplies. Together, we’re proud to consistently support education and inspire the curiosity of young minds in our local community!
 

Subaru WRX Event!

A huge thank you from Competition Subaru to everyone who joined us for our Subaru Motorsports Car Show on August 11th! We were ecstatic to welcome back Bucky Lasek, Vermont Sportscar, Subaru Motorsports USA and Terry and Yaki, a local halal food truck, serving up deliciousness and fun for the second year in a row, alongside EFI Logics and Subimods for the first time.

Our community’s enthusiasm made our biggest show of the year, the biggest one yet! We are incredibly grateful for your support in making it such a success. From the impressive lineup of cars to the incredible community spirit, it was a day to remember. We can’t wait to make next year’s show even bigger and better!

Regina Medina – Competition Subaru’s Shining Star!

On July 25th, Competition Subaru is elated to announce that Regina, our esteemed Encore Delivery Specialist, has been honored with national recognition at the Subaru National Business Conference in Las Vegas as recipient of one of only SIX Subaru Love Promise Shining Star Award Recipients! Our dealership had the pleasure of surprising her with a lunch celebration with Mikaela, one of Subaru of America’s personable trainers and representatives. We couldn’t be happier for her and are elated to extend a massive congratulations for her inspiring accomplishments!

MBS Adoption Event with Yorkie911 Rescue and Barkfield Rd!

Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown wants to extend a huge thank you to everyone who participated in and supported our first-ever Adoption Event with Yorkie 911 Rescue, on August 10th, 2024. Yorkie911 Rescue is a local nonprofit, servicing Long Island, passionate about rescuing, vetting and re-homing small-breed dogs. Hosted right here at our dealership with a tasty bagel breakfast, thank you to our dedicated employees for their excitement and continued support and to all of those who came to find a new furry friend! We’re thrilled to share that every single dog at our Adoption Event had received an application and found their forever homes!

We cannot express our gratitude towards Barkfield Road, a pet supply store located in East Northport, for their generous donation of pet welcome kits and information on their new pet parent program as well as countless thanks to Maia Salon, a local Smithtown Salon Spa and Wellness Center, for contributing their exciting raffle and adorable giveaway prizes! Thank you everyone for such a tail-wagging and heart-warming success of an event.
 

Summer Service Clinic!
Our Service Department was thrilled to offer personalized insights to our #MBSmithtownFamily, at our Summer Service Clinic! We enjoyed delicious snacks, refreshments, and a lively atmosphere! We take pride in ensuring the safest journeys for our customers. A special thank you to St. Catherine of Siena Hospital for their warm hospitality and for supporting our #MBFamily with blood pressure checks and valuable health and wellness education! We appreciate everyone who joined us, and we can’t wait for another fun and informative event soon!
 

Hero Day!
Our generous new General Manager, Mark Hersch, hosted a Hero Day lunch this summer for the staff of Mercedes-Benz of Smithtown to show his immense employee appreciation! Prepared locally by Jeco’s Deli, everyone ate their fill with a grin on their face. We are so appreciative, thank you so much Mark for your continued generosity!
 

BMW Cars & Coffee 2024!

Competition BMW of Smithtown held their second annual Cars and Coffee event this past May! From the delicious bagels, fresh coffee and sweet free ice cream, to the even sweeter eye candy around our packed parking lot, everyone had a Sunday to remember! Thank you to everyone for coming out!
