Employee Referral Vehicle Program

• If you or anyone you know has ANY vehicle they want to sell, refer them to your dealership’s Pre-Owned Manager or to our group Pre-Owned Director Marco Picariello
• Once the purchase of the referred vehicle is finalized, you will receive a $350 bonus
• This bonus plan applies to ANY brand vehicle
• This program applies to ANY vehicle that is purchased from a seller that you refer to the Pre-Owned Manager regardless of purchase price
• Referrals where the vehicle is not purchased do not receive any bonus -you only get paid if we buy the vehicle
• The amount offered to the referred seller is at the sole discretion of sales management
• A form will be distributed to all Pre-Owned Managers that will need to be completed and signed by the Pre-Owned Manager and submitted to the office for payment
  • The referral bonus form must be submitted with the check request for the purchase of the vehicle
  • Referral bonus forms submitted after the vehicle is purchased will not be honored
• Bonus payment will be made through regular payroll
• Vehicle seller may purchase a vehicle, but a vehicle purchase from Competition Auto Group is not required
  • Bonus does not apply to trade deals on any “actively working” customers entered into the CRM or with a trade appraisal within the last 6 months
  • Salespeople are not eligible for the bonus if traded in for a new vehicle or for any lease turn-ins
  • Any potential conflicts-of-interest will be excluded from this bonus program
  • Pre-Owned Managers are not eligible for the bonus
• Leased vehicles are eligible only if the vehicle is purchased prior to lease maturity
  • CAG brand vehicles (BMW, Mercedes, Subaru, or Infiniti) turned in at or near the end of the lease are NOT eligible for this bonus
• This bonus may NOT be combined with any other employee referral or bird dog program
• This bonus program is effective through December 31, 2021
